We spend so much time thinking, but do we ever think
about our thoughts? About our beliefs? Where they take
root or how they influence our actions and emotions?
With everything that’s going on in the world today, Mental
health is the need of the hour more than ever before. And
we’re here to break the stigma surrounding it.
We’re a small team from different backgrounds –
Psychology, Business and Engineering who have come
together to use our various skills with one main purpose –
To help people make mental health their priority.
Your mental health journey is a life long journey that takes

Our aim is to provide research-based tools to help users
self-regulate their emotions and take that one step closer
towards healing and growth... all at the click of a button.
The concepts we use are largely based on Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The idea behind CBT is that our
thoughts, behaviors and emotions are linked to each other
and influence one another.
The tools available on the app provide users with strategies
to explore, adopt and cultivate healthier thoughts and
behaviors about a situation so they’re able to regulate their
emotions with more resilience.
